Founder-Director & Business Consultant | Wellfirst Solutions
Kevin leads the safety and risk management practice at Wellfirst Solutions, combining hands-on experience in safety auditing, risk management and management systems with practical workplace training delivery. He works with construction, mining and other high-risk workplaces to translate complex WHS obligations into systems and routines people actually use — spanning psychosocial risk, operational auditing and safety leadership.

Kevin's career has taken him from the tools to the boardroom. He began as a hydraulic fitter and apprentice before founding Fitrite Holdings, an industrial service and distribution business he sold to an ASX-listed company. He then spent more than a decade at Cooper Fluid Systems (Coventry Group Ltd), progressing from Brisbane Branch Manager to Regional Manager across SEQ and Northern NSW — growing the team from 9 to 35, lifting revenue from ~$4m to ~$13m, and maintaining nil major incidents across 16 years. Today he applies that operational and leadership depth to practical safety, risk, systems and training consulting at Wellfirst Solutions — from auditing and psychosocial safety to workplace safety leadership.
